UZ Hospital Car Park
Brussels
CommercialIn a step towards a greener future, Trinasolar, extrapower.be and Menapy have successfully developed a high-efficiency solar PV installation at the UZ Hospital car park in Brussels. This cutting-edge project showcases the potential of solar energy in urban infrastructure, combining sustainability with innovative engineering.
The installation features 3,046 Vertex N NEG19RC.20 modules, each with a capacity of 610 Wp, resulting in a total system capacity of 1,858.06 kWp. Supported by SADEF Triangles with Z-Profiles and designed with an East-West orientation, the system ensures optimal energy generation throughout the day. With an inverter capacity of 1,375 kVA, this project maximises solar efficiency while seamlessly integrating into the hospital’s existing infrastructure.
This project highlights the transformative power of solar energy in urban spaces, converting a functional car park into a hub for clean, renewable power. By integrating high-efficiency Trinasolar modules, the installation not only ensures reliable performance but also reinforces the broader shift toward sustainable energy across Europe.
